I adore this set! I was drawn to the design and the little details that make it stand out over another standard black dress. The dress hugs the covers nicely and is well made. The back slit with red popping and heart embroidery really makes it stand out and commands a double take as you saunter away. Eyes will be on you.
The overcoat is beautiful but a little cheaply made. I love the puff sleeves and how lovely it drapes over the dress adding just the right of coverage while not hiding the dress entirely. My only real criticism is the heart shaped faux jewel enclosure. It’s a nice detail but it’s not very sturdy. I foresee myself having to reinforce it in the future. Still, overall this set is darling! I will have a lot of fun styling it and envisioning myself as a classic ‘30s-‘40s noir leading lady or at the very least one who makes a captivating entrance.
You did it again! Made my daughter’s Senior Prom Look as iconic as her Weasel Wear Junior Prom look! Thank you for making goth formalwear for those born to stand out, not conform! This gown set was the perfect look. It fit like a dream. The material was stretchy enough to go on and off easily and moved with her, but it was structured enough to look tailored and well made. We will keep you in mind for all formalwear going forward after these high school milestones have passed!
The Matriarch has been on my wish list since it dropped. It’s so comfortable and the perfect material for fall. The jacket is so cool to watch as you dramatically run through a gothic castle and the details in the dress are perfect for enticing a deal with Dracula or Gomez.
